A member of the company's Board of Directors since its formation in October 2006, Seth Grae leads Lightbridge’s efforts to develop nuclear fuel technology to improve the safety, economics, and proliferation resistance of existing and new power reactors, including small modular reactors. Mr. Beehler served as the principal assistant and advisor to Deputy Under Secretary Grone for all environmental, safety, and occupational health policies and programs in DoD. Those programs include cleanup at active and closing bases, compliance with environmental laws, conservation of natural and cultural resources, pollution prevention, environmental technology, fire protection, safety and explosive safety, and pest management and disease control for Defense activities worldwide.

Dr. Jenifer Shafer currently serves as the Associate Director for Technology at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E). Her focus at ARPA-E is developing economic and proliferation resistant technologies to support advanced reactor deployment, as well as manage nuclear waste and used nuclear fuel.

Dr. Yong has B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Nuclear Engineering with over 30 years of professional experience in the areas of radiological engineering, nuclear safety, nuclear and hazardous waste management, environmental remediation, and special nuclear materials disposition. He has worked extensively at U.S. DOE facilities across the US, as well as several commercial nuclear power plants.

Dr. Faibish leads strategic development for General Atomics Electromagnetic Systems Group (GA-EMS) in the area of nuclear technologies and materials, leading strategic planning and programmtic growth for fission-related technology development and products, such as high temperature gas-cooled fast reactor technologies, space nuclear thermal propulsion and power systems, advanced nuclear fuels, and various applications of advanced ceramic composite materials, such as GA-EMS’ SiGA®-silicon carbide technologies-related applications.

Sharing experience gained as a senior naval officer and commercial business executive to improve project, portfolio, and company performance. Jackie Toth is the owner of New Hill Consulting, providing strategic communications and federal affairs support to nuclear and other energy industry clients in Washington, D.C. As a journalist, Toth reported on U.S. federal nuclear energy laws, regulations, and policy trends before working at several clean energy policy organizations.

Andrew came to Boundary Stone from the U.S. Department of Energy, where he spent over a decade working in the Office of Nuclear Energy. He served in multiple roles during his tenure in that office, including Chief of Staff and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary. He was responsible for advising numerous Assistant Secretaries spanning multiple administrations and led the office through two presidential transitions.
